Absolutely first class through the whole process. Very professional, but a lot of fun to work with at the same time. My grandmother past away and my mom and I needed someone to list her house. I live in Canada so I wanted someone that will take very good care of everything and hello my mom out. Rob came to the house and explained everything on detail and we knew he was the the one for us. I felt very comfortable with going back to Canada knowing he was taking care of things. He had no problem explaining things to me as well as my mom even if it meant he had to call us both. He did a wonderful job and made sure we understand everything that was going on from the day we met him to the closing. If your looking to buy or sell I would highly recommend Rob.

Rob and his team did an outstanding job selling a house of mine in the Fruitport area. We live two hours away from the house and Rob took care of every detail for us making the sale smooth. Rob went above and beyond...from organizing inspections/contractors to keeping me informed along the way. Being two hours away, Rob was always willing to make certain he was at the house to represent us when needed. What sets Rob apart, is his top notch customer service!
